Be and See

Change the sadness of your days
With a lovely smile on your face
Think of nature and its times
How it always affects your rhymes

Remove the misery from your brain
And that sad look from your eyes
Try to live in honor as a man
Who is never bound to any chain

Look at the sea in the spring time,
and how the change signs its mark
in the waves that turn so calm
after all the heavy thunder and rain.


Wait no one to guide you in your train
just move ahead with love as your aim
Handle yourself with care and fix
every hole you'll meet in your way

Believe in the Lord who always you see
Trust His words and never doubt His mercy
Forget not Him so that He forgets not thee
This is my counsel if the best you want to be
