From Vice to Advice

Spell love not by the lips and the eyes,
but with a loyal heart to the skies.
Cherish it not with the drunk in the cars,
yet when your mind glitters like stars
Curse life when people lie and pretend,
for love now is no more than an end.

Write married not by the pen and the line,
but with a faithful heart to the Divine.
Find someone who never shares you cups of wine,
yet proudly raises you up into sunshine.
Wail life when people seek gold and pretend,
for marriage now is no more than an end

Burn amour like a bullet in the blood,
both painful if you dared or shared a part.
Honor loneliness when her art is down to mud,
Since every scar that once shook the heart,
will someday cure your precious whole,
and let you sleep beside a mother not a whore.
